This AGW PVC parking gate arm can generally be reused after contact with a speeding car. The arm bends at the insertion point and can usually be straightened manually and continue to function until replacement is convenient.

The zinc plated and steel construction Square Arm Adapter (top of photo) easily fits into almost all existing operator arm flanges. A length of 2" square PVC is then inserted into the Square Arm Adapter and fastened with screws.
