We
manufacture these hinges exclusively. Unlike all other uphill hinges
on the market, these hinges have bolt in sealed flange bearings
with adjustable bolt slots. This makes for ease of installation,
adjustment, and replacement. Instead of cutting out bearing just
bolt in new one.
Using these hinges for bi-parting gates allows critical adjustments
so gates can be made plumb where they meet in the center. No longer
is it necessary to tack, measure, cut. and re-weld repeatedly to
get alignment. Hinges can offset of up to 8", and can handle
gates up to 800lbs per set. |
