HydraLift models run on most available worldwide voltages. HydraLift is also available in an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) DC model which continues to operate for 150 cycles during an AC power outage.
HydraLift's gate is counterweighted for easy manual operation. Simply pull and turn its hydraulic bypass valve and push the gate up.
HydraLift comes with a limited 5-year manufacturer's warranty.

Specifications:
• HydraLift requires only the space for its vertical posts and a separate electronics and motor/pump enclosure (which can be remotely located).
• Combination HydraLift, StrongArm, SlideDriver or SwingRiser users benefit from cross platform part and functional components and software. This reduces maintenance costs, avoids excessive parts inventory and eliminates complex, multiple-brand troubleshooting. Facilities personnel need to know only one simple operating system.
• HydraLift also offers the benefit of out-of-the-box security. It is locked by gravity and hydraulics, without added costly, complicated, and failure-prone external locking mechanisms. Moving parts and hydraulics are enclosed out of sight and not subject to vandalism or destruction.
• Very low maintenance. HydraLift is exceedingly easy to maintain and outlasts other overhead doors by decades.
• HydraLift eliminates the need for expensive cantilever gates.
• 24' standard post height clears a 16' opening lifting an 8' tall gate panel.
• 3 user relays with 26 programmable options
• Troubleshooting with LED, LCD, and downloadable fault log

• HySecurity offers no warranty for HydraLift's site suitability. An engineer must evaluate site soil conditions, gate size and design, and specify the required suitability and foundation accordingly.

NOTE: Includes two 10" x 10" x 24' tall posts and up to 150 feet of hydraulic hose (custome cut to size by HySecurity according to customer's field measurements; quick disconnects are pre-attached and hoses are pre-filled with hydraulic fluid). Separate NEMA 1R enclosure holds SmartTouch Controller, electric motor, and pump pack. Anchor bolt cages also included and may be shipped early to accommodate pre-setting them in concrete footings.
NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE: Installer must supply 7" x 7" x 3/4" sheared steel counterweight blanks to be dropped into HydraLift counterweight cage. Calculate gate panel weight and divide by two to determine required counterweight required in each post. |
