Product Details

CSW200UL models of swing gate operators are the first choice for heavy-traffic applications such as large gated communities, residential developments, commercial complexes and private estates. Unlike other systems, the CSW gate operators are designed with a “non-scissor action” swing arm to greatly reduce the risk of injury. All models include the safety and reliability of the OmniControl board. LiftMaster Elite Series operators feature the highest quality components and are backed by years of proven dependability; each unit is carefully inspected and mechanically tested to provide unsurpassed reliability. Unique engineering innovations in each model also ensure that there’s a CSW to meet practically every swing gate application.

• Opens 90° in 13-15 seconds
• Non-scissor action arm
• Equipped with a terminal surge suppressor to protect against lightning strikes as close as 50 feet away
• Transmission: Two 30-to-1 worm gear reducers lubricated in oil baths - 900-to-1 ratio
• ERD reversing sensor detects increased load on motor and re-opens the gate
• All Elite gate operators come with LiftMaster 312HM receiver (312 MHz) installed for use with LiftMaster 371LM remote
• Adjustable timer can be set from 0 to 60 seconds
• Soft stop
• Emergency release handle
• High density polyethylene plastic cover
• Limited warranty: 5-years commercial; 7-year single home residential
• 1/4" thick polyethylene black cover
