• SwingRiser is a robust, ultra-reliable swing gate operator, opening high-design residential or secure industrial gates with an elegant lift and swing movement. It offers the ultimate in elegance, utility, reliability, security, & low maintenance.
• SwingRiser raises the gate panel a full 12 inches during its gate opening cycle. The lift & swing movement allows the gate to clear obstacles such as snow, rocks, & curbs, while also solving the problem of road gradient differences. At the end of its close cycle, the locking pin gently lowers into its ground or post mounted locking receptacle, securely locking the gate.
•SwingRiser is as equally suited for a chain-link government agency gate, as for an impressive Estate gate, where the gate is an elegant bronze, ornamental iron, or aluminum work of art.
• SwingRiser is designed to cycle gates hundreds of thousands of times with very low maintenance.

Features

• There is a model for nearly every site and type of gate and can be ordered in single leaf or leaf-delay model for bi-parting gates. Also available in a DC, uninterruptible power supply back-UP configuration.
• The fully enclosed electric motor and hydraulic pump drive a post-enclosed hydraulic cylinder, making this operator almost vandal proof. Hydraulic hoses are normally run in underground conduits. Industrial-grade hydraulics allow for severe cold and intense heat operation.
• Two SwingRisers on the same entrance or exit can be ordered and installed as single leaf or twin units. When users order SwingRiser in its twin configuration, the SwingRisers operate as one with each gate leaf moving in unison, powered by one controller, motor, and hydraulic system, efficiently dividing the hydraulic fluid to each post. Two single-leaf operators are required when a site requires that the leaves operate independently of each other. Each leaf requires separate power and hydraulic controls and can be programmed to operate with leaf delay. One SwingRiser post is programmed to move before or after the other. The leaf delay configuration is necessary when one gate leaf will close in an overlapping position to the first closed leaf. This may also be necessary for specific add-on locking devices (although SwingRiser comes standard with its own gate locking pin and receptacle).
• Standard SwingRiser posts are available in 90 degree or 100 degree swing, are 81" tall (6.75') with internal hydraulic cylinder and limit switches. Price also includes custom cut hydraulic hose (field measured by customer), index arm, and a NEMA 1R enclosure with electronic controls, electric motor, and hydraulic pump. Each outer post is zinc flame sprayed for ultimate rust and corrosion resistance. All hydraulics and controls are securely enclosed within the post or NEMA-3R enclosure. Hydraulic hoses are normally enclosed in underground conduits.
• Custom SwingRiser posts can be ordered to fit your gate size. SwingRiser posts must be mounted to a structural column or wall that will support the entire weight of the swing gate panel throughout its arc. Excessive speed, insufficient column support, or insufficient footing may cause premature post wear or other operator malfunction.

• Custom post height, taller - Standard post is 80 inches inner tube and 68 inches outter tube.
• Ground socket or post socket lock. Ground socket drops a pin into a ground mounted locking receptacle. Post socket drops a pin into a post-mounted locking receptacle. Use of a locking pin is optional.
• SwingRiser comes with several different mounting brackets: For 4-inch, 6-inch, or 8-inch round support posts using hardware designed for each; using a flat bracket to mount directly to a pilaster or wall, or using a 6-inch square mounting bracket for a 6-inch square post.
