Return Policy


Please read carefully.
We want you to be a satisfied customer and we will deal promptly with any returns. We honor all factory warranties. Return shipping is not covered unless we have sent you a wrong item. We offer a 30 day return policy. All returns need to be in original packaging and in unused condition. SAVE YOUR PACKAGING! Inspect your order as soon as you get it. We will not accept returns for wrong or defective items not reported to us within 30 days. Orders should be checked within 72 hours to insure that it is complete. Items lost in shipping cannot be claimed after 15 days. Gates and gate operators returned due to wrong selection will be charged a 15% - 25% restocking fee. Special order items are not returnable.

We require that you call us prior to return of any gate as it must be shipped in its special original packaging and by the correct shipping method. No gates will be accepted or refunds given unless this requirement is followed and the gate arrives in as -new condition.


Rust Disclaimer for all of our steel gates, including those with zinc galvanizing under the powder coat:
Some rust weeping from joints is a normal occurrence as the powder coat cannot reach all the hidden joints. After it rains rust may "weep" down from crevices between connecting bands or collars.
For Prevention: Seal the top of each joint with a black silicon sealant.


Customer Return Instructions for
Warranty Replacement

In order for Gate Depot to provide you with proper assistance please follow these simple return directions:

• First - call the manufacturer's Tech Support to determine the warranty period. Provide the make, model and serial number, and ask for the technician's name, diagnosis, and recommendation.

• Next - call Gate Depot with this information so we can order the replacement part for you. Pay for the replacement part first, then you will be refunded after you return the non-working part, or simply return the non-working part first, then be sent a replacement part.

• Last - Gate Depot will give you a specific Return Number and shipping address. Non-working parts must be returned in order for you to receive credit.

Shipping costs are paid for by the Customer unless specifically covered by the manufacturer.
