We require that you call us prior to return of any gate as it must be shipped in its special original packaging and by the correct shipping method. No gates will be accepted or refunds given unless this requirement is followed and the gate arrives in as -new condition. Rust

zinc galvanizing under the powder coat: Customer Return Instructions for In order for Gate Depot to provide you with proper assistance please follow these simple return directions: • First - call the manufacturer's Tech Support to determine the warranty period. Provide the make, model and serial number, and ask for the technician's name, diagnosis, and recommendation. • Next - call Gate Depot with this information so we can order the replacement part for you. Pay for the replacement part first, then you will be refunded after you return the non-working part, or simply return the non-working part first, then be sent a replacement part. • Last - Gate Depot will give you a specific Return Number and shipping address. Non-working parts must be returned in order for you to receive credit. • Shipping costs are paid for by the Customer unless specifically covered by the manufacturer. |
