grade 14 gauge loop wire.
Using this type of wire for loops makes the installation easier
due to the narrow gauge. This allows the use of ordinary power saws
with a masonry blade to cut the loop slot. The more common wire
used in this application requires the use of a large walk behind
saw. The dual Teflon® insulation makes this a very viable alternative
for the harsh environment of asphalt and concrete installation. Only slightly larger than the 18 gauge wire. |
