I have been doing business with Josh, Roxanne, and Diane for the
past year or so and I must tell you, you have an awesome crew. They
have tolerated all my inquisitive calls with the greatest of patience.
The phone conferences and trouble shooting have been extremely helpful.
The service for receiving and returning parts without any hassle,
and in a timely manner, has been unprecedented. I would say that
definitely you have a five star business. Keep up the great work.

First off, you have a very impressive website. You supply much of
the information necessary to complete any gate system. While it at
first appeared that putting all that information on the website could
lead to people gaining knowledge from your site and then price shop
other sites. I, however, found myself compelled to buy from your website
after all the help I have received. Nice job, and thanks for asking
if I had received the help I needed.
Second, I had originally contacted another company in regards to purchasing
the parts I needed. After several e-mails back and forth I lost contact
with that company and could no longer get any response via e-mail.
I then contacted your company and within one day had a response.
Nicole Delacy has been a huge help with my gate system. She supplied
the information on the parts that I needed and did it in a quick and
efficient manner. She informed me that the loop wire was backordered
before I purchased. Not only did she notify me of the backorder via
e-mail, as our whole exchange had been, but she called by place of
business to make sure I knew when I could expect the loop wire to
be in. I, as a customer, would rather know upfront that something
was backordered than to find out after purchasing was complete. Your
company now has a place as the only company I will use in regards
to gates and as I found yesterday, security systems, which is the
next big project at my campground.

This has nothing to do
with sales I'd just like to say you have a very well designed and
informative website,the pictures and diagrams were very helpfull so
was the Learninig center. A lot better than other sites.THANK YOU
FOR THE HELP.
