Shipping and Delivery

  • -Orders are usually processed and shipped with-in 1-2 business days.
  • -Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • -All orders are shipped via UPS EXCEPT for gate operators and oversized items.
  • -Expedited Shipping is NOT guaranteed by UPS and we do not refund shipping charges for deliveries delayed by UPS.
  • -Shipping charges on FREIGHT orders will be calculated after checkout. We will contact you by phone or email to get your approval of the shipping charges prior to shipping your order.
  • -Orders over $200 require a signature for delivery
  • -Gate shipping includes transporting the gate from our warehouse to the delivery address. It does NOT include lift gate service or unloading. Please be prepared to unload the gate using either a forklift with a boom or 3-4 people.
  • -Inspect your order within 72 hours of receipt. Notify Gate Depot immediately if your order is damaged. If we are not notified within 15 days of shipment delivery, Gate Depot will NOT replace the damaged part.
  • -Some orders are shipped separately. Please review the packing slip for shipment contents. If an item appears on the packing slip but is missing from your shipment, first verify the package(s) is empty. Notify Gate Depot immediately if your order is incomplete. If we are not notified within 15 days of shipment delivery, Gate Depot will NOT replace the missing part.
  • -Items lost in shipping cannot be claimed after 15 days.
